Do you offer COD?
Yes. Cash on Delivery is available across India, with a handling fee added at checkout.
Prepaid orders are cheaper and ship faster, so we recommend them where possible. Every transaction is protected by industry-standard encryption.

Yes. Shipping is free on all orders above Rs. 1,999, prepaid or COD.
COD orders of 2 or more items also get free shipping, even if the order total is below Rs. 1,999.

How does the 10% prepaid discount work?
Pay online instead of choosing Cash on Delivery and you get 10% off a single-item order.
Prepaid means UPI, card, net banking or wallet. The discount is applied at checkout.
If your order has 2 or more items, the larger 15% prepaid discount applies instead. The two do not stack.
How does the 15% OFF on 2+ items work?
Add any 2 or more items to your cart and pay online, and you get 15% off the order.
The items do not have to be the same product or size. Mix anything from the store.
This replaces the 10% single-item prepaid discount rather than adding to it.
How does the COD 5% OFF offer work?
Choosing Cash on Delivery with 2 or more items gets you 5% off plus free shipping, even if the order is below Rs. 1,999.
A single-item COD order does not carry a discount. Paying online for the same order would get you 10%, or 15% on 2 or more items.
What fabric do you use?
All URBANEX pieces are made from 100% combed cotton. Combing removes the short fibres before spinning, which is what gives the surface its smooth hand feel and stops it pilling after a few washes.
Tees and waffle knits are 240 GSM. Joggers and sweatpants are 290 GSM. For reference, most fast-fashion tees sit between 140 and 180 GSM.
Prints are applied using high-density DTF transfer, chosen because it holds fine detail and resists cracking far better than standard vinyl.
What is your return and exchange policy?
At URBANEX, customer satisfaction is our priority.
- Returns and exchanges are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
- Requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
- Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
- Size exchanges are available subject to stock availability.
- Refunds for approved returns are processed within 5-7 business days.

How do I choose my size?
Every product page has a Size guide link directly under the size selector, with the full measurement chart for that specific piece.
Our fits are intentionally oversized. If you want a boxy streetwear look, take your usual size. If you prefer something closer to the body, size down.
All measurements are in inches. A tolerance of 0.5 to 1 inch is normal in garment manufacturing.
