1. How long does delivery take?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days and usually delivered within 3–7 business days, depending on your location.

2. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Yes. Cash on Delivery (COD) is available across most serviceable locations in India.

3. How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking link via Email or SMS to monitor your shipment in real time.

4. What if I receive a damaged or incorrect product?

Please email us at urbanex867@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with your Order ID and clear photos/videos. We'll arrange a replacement or refund after verification.

5. What is your return policy?

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for eligible products that are unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.

6. Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept UPI, Credit & Debit Cards, Net Banking, Wallets, and Cash on Delivery (COD).
